Kimetsu no Yaiba

Maybe I should have watched the movie, "Kimetsu no Yaiba" earlier but, finally I watched it yesterday! I was totally out of fashion. Recently, I watched the recording of Kimetsu no Yaiba for the first time. At first, I didn't think I was into it though a lmost all of the people were addicted to it. Once I watched it on TV, I regret watching it earlier though I can't tell what make me to feel like that clearly. Soon after having watched it, I wanted to watch the movie of Kimetsu noYaiba. I was moved the last scene. The story of the film touched my heart. Also, the theme song, "Homura" sung by Lisa was so good. It was different from the music programs on TV. I heard that Nara prefecture is the stage of Anime. Nara is my hometown so I was surprised. I didn't know the anime, Kimetsu no Yaiba was set in Nara. According to my mother, when I was a baby, my parents went to there though I didn't remember.

Tamukeyama Hachimangu

Yesterday, I went to "Tamukeyama Hachimangu" in Nara. I came back to my hometown, Nara so I went to there. I went to there for the first time, though it was near the Todaiji-temple. In Tamukeyama Hachimangu, there was a stone mon ument that was written one of the Hundred Poems by one Hundred Poets, called "Ogura Hyakunin Isshu" in Japan. On the stone monument, there was Sugawara Michizane's poems. I didn't know one of the Hundred Poems by one Hundred Poets were here. I didn't like history, but once I watched some historical things by chance, I thought it was so interesting.

In my free time, I often play Animal Crossing with my Nintendo Switch. In fact, I haven't played the series of Animal Crossing because I didn't have DS or 3DS. I started this game last August. In this game, we make our own island as we like. As the game progresses, residents come our island. The residents are all animal character. Only player is a human. At fast, I thought I would feel boring soon, but I played this game almost every day!! But, as the final test gets closer, I have to refrain from playing game every day...

YouTube "レオナルドディカプリオで英会話を学ぼう"

I listened to this YouTube. I like YouTube like this and often watch. In this YouTube, Rupa sensei who is a owner of this channel showed the part of the movie and we can learn what the actor said or what grammar are used. Also, I think the listening ability is improved. YouTube that I watched today is the part of "The Great Gatsby". I could learn this phrase, "to pop in(into) ~" means "to go somewhere". In the movie, Leonardo DiCaprio said "I just have to pop into town", but this phrase was so fast. Especially, "I just have to". According to Rupa sensei, this phrase is sound like "I-jus-hafta". Also, I heard the pronunciation "pop into" is sound like "pop-inta". I felt it is difficult to understand the movie that is only used in English, but I'd like to watch some foreign movies that had watched before in Japanese.

YouTube "Nice to meet youはもう言わない?!今すぐ使える新しい「初めまして」!〔#914〕"

I watched this YouTube. Maybe, I always use "Nice to meet you". So, I learned so much from this YouYube. I could learn a lot of greeting expressions. For example, we can use the phrase, "It's nice to connect." when we use Zoom. When we meet each other, we can use "It's nice to take to you face-to-face." In case of talking with our client, it's good to use this phrase, "Thank you for your inquiry.", "Thank you for setting up this call." or "Thank you for making time for this call." Depending on a lot of situations, we can use various kinds of greeting expressions.
